Start Reissuing Password Help

First of all, enter your user ID and registered e-mail address on the password reissue page and press the "Send" button. An E-Mail containing URL to secret question answer page will be sent. Within 24 hours from sending the e-mail, access the secret question answer page from the URL described in the e-mail.
On the page, enter the answer to your secret question you previously registered and prove the identity. If you answer secret question correctly, an acceptance e-mail will be sent to you from M-CAP.
Although the process of reissuing the password is reserved at this point, the reissue procedure has not yet been completed. When password reissue is completed, a completion notification e-mail is sent from M-CAP.
Receive that and log in with the new password stated in the e-mail.
This completes all procedures for reissuing passwords.
