First of all, enter your user ID and registered e-mail address on the password reissue page and press the "Send" button. You receive an e-mail with one-time URL to answer your secret question.
Next, you open the page by the URL in the e-mail.
And then you input the answer to your secret question you registered previously and press "Send Answer" button. Finally, A completion notification e-mail will be sent to you.
Now this procedure has completed.
